some young chick from michigan

2. When was the last time you shaved your legs?
2.5 hours ago

3. What were you doing this morning at 8am?
tossing and turning in bed

4. What were you doing 15 minutes ago?
riding home in a car

5. Are you any good at math?
terrible.

6. Last night?
came home from grandma's 91st birthday party, watched some tv, unpacked, went to bed

7. Do you have any famous ancestors?
not that i know of. but i think some great great great grandparent of mine danced for the queen somewhere, or something.

8. Have you ever taken out a loan to pay for school?
yes. and sadly, in 3 months i have to start paying them back.

9. Do you know the words to the song on your myspace page?

10. Last thing you recieved in the mail?
probably some junk "you've just been approved!" credit card application. i need LESS credit cards. not more.

11. How many different beverages have you drank today?
diet coke and water. wow, no coffee.... weird.

12. Big plans for tomorrow?
work. then cubby bear in chi-town.

13. Who did you lose your concert virginity to?
oh geez, think way back.... probably my cousin Davis Daniel who used to be a country singer

14. Do you draw your name in the sand when you go to the beach?
just doodles i think

15. What's the most painful dental procedure you've had?
when i had 2 baby teeth pulled that still had the full root. i was about 9 and they didn't put me under. just yanked 'em out.

16. What is outside of your back door?
i only have one door, this is a condo building.

17. Any plans for Friday night?
not so far.

18. Do you like the ocean?
sure do. i particularly like to fly over it and visit countries on the other side

19. Have you ever received one of those big tins of 3 different popcorn?
yeah, lots in college. i usually just ate the carmel corn and gave away the rest

20. Have you ever been to a planetarium?
the adler planetarium in chicago, twice

21. Have you ever cheated on anyone?
hm. i've been the "other woman" a few times, unfortunately, but never cheated myself

22. Something you are excited about?
my plans to get a job that i enjoy and move to the city and be a poet and live it up (someday, i swear, someday soon...)

23. What is your favorite flavor of JELLO?
i have an aversion to jello ever since my wisdom teeth were pulled and i ate it for days straight. i pretty much just like pretzel jello now

24. Are any of your great-grandparents still alive?
no

25. Describe your keychain(s):
a capezio heel tap that actually came off my old tap shoe, a silver praha karluv most keychain (prague, charles bridge), and an oval spinny vienna keychain with the riesenrad on one side (ferris wheel) and stephanskirche on the other (st stephan's cathedral)

26. Where do you keep your change?
in a glass beer stein on my desk

27. When was the last time you spoke in front of a large group of people?
in october when i gave my graduate reading

28. What kind of winter coat do you have?
a black leather one, a tan peacoat, a white puffy vest, and a green puffy vest

29. What was the weather like on your graduation?
which one? high school, don't remember. college, sunny but cold and the ceremony was inside. grad school, rainy and then beautifully warm and sunny despite being december in chicago

30. Can you tie a cherry stem in a knot with your tongue?
yes, but i can't seem to pull it tight so it stays tied
